| ESTIMATORS |
|
Five years experience required with both plan/spec and conceptual estimating for projects ranging to $40 million. Strong knowledge of all trades is expected. Duties include take-off, soliciting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, assembling the final estimate, and proposal preparation and presentation. Experience utilizing computerized estimating systems is required; preferably Timberline. Experience with negotiations and purchasing, as well as preparing subcontracts and purchase orders, will be beneficial. |
| PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT |
|
Ten years of field construction experience of progressive responsibility leading to individual in charge of the field operations of significant building construction projects. Must have a working knowledge of scheduling, managing and motivating on-site workforce, coordinating subcontractors and material suppliers, and cost control and projections. Demonstrated leadership, management and interpersonal skills are essential. |
| PROJECT MANAGER |
|
Ten years of construction experience, five of which shall be as a Project Manager in charge of significant building construction projects. Experience must include contract administration, preparation & updating of schedules utilizing SureTrack, review and processing of submittals, change order management and pricing, administering subcontracts and purchase orders, and cost control and projections. Demonstrated leadership, management and interpersonal skills are essential. |
